JOB PURPOSE
To assist in drafting contracts, agreements, and related contractual documents localization agreements as well as providing the support needed to enhance government procurement law, regulations and procedures.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
DESCRIPTION
Agreements and Government Procurement Support
§ Assist in providing the necessary support for drafting contracts and agreements for localization agreements.
§ Assist in providing the necessary support to identify the bidders, offer and award bids and conclude agreements
§ Assist in the contractual/legal activities in reviewing and updating government procurement regulations related to LIKT agreements.
§ Support in leading the activities related to enhancing the government procurement law and related regulations.
§ Support in leading the activities related to advance procurement planning of government entities in coordination with the related internal/external stakeholders.
Policies, Systems, Processes, Procedures, Standards and Reports
§ Follow all relevant functional policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions to ensure that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
§ Assist in the preparation of timely and accurate reports and functional deliverables to meet the functional requirements in order to achieve the desired efficiency and performance excellence.
