 KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Description

 Special Tasks & committees

§ Support in the preparation of detailed schedule and plans for special tasks.

§ Support in the provision of all required details and updates on relevant initiatives, strategies and plans to relevant stakeholders.

§ Support in the management of relations with the executing entities for the special tasks assigned to the department and the entities that own the plans and strategies to ensure the adequate implementation of the agreed-upon plans

§ Support in the preparation and creation of follow up tools on related special tasks

§ Support in the preparation and review of presentations and the recording of minutes of meetings for regular meetings and committees assigned to the department and following up on the execution of related tasks

§ Support in the representation of LCGPA in committees and councils that do not fall within the scope of work of a specific department or whose work intersects with several departments

§ Support in the identification of the implementation gaps of national initiatives, providing recommendations, and proposing initiatives to eliminate obstacles and challenges that limit the achievement of goals of reducing the rise in imports or in increasing local content in the assigned tasks.

 

Policies, Systems, Processes, Procedures, Standards and Reports

§ Manage the development of Special tasks and Committees policies, systems, processes and procedures to ensure the consistent application and ease of operations for subordinates.

§ Conduct a thorough review and analysis of reports submitted by subordinates and make timely decisions to ensure enhancing the Special tasks and Committees performance, mitigating highlighted risks and achieving LCGPA’s objectives.

 Related Tasks

§ Perform any other related tasks and duties as directed.
