JOB PURPOSE
Working with government and private sectors to drive continuous service improvement and ensuring contractual obligations and other service commitments / targets are achieved.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Supplier Monitoring
· Support in the implementation of enterprise localization and technology transfer programs and ensure it is up to standards
· Assist in applying an effective governance-operating model that defined the mechanisms and interaction points among key entities and stakeholders.
· Support in applying localization processes and procedures to ensure the success of various offtake and offset programs.
· Assist in reviewing reports submitted by subordinates and make timely decisions to by applying the Supply Monitoring Department standards.
Policies, Systems, Processes, Procedures, Standards and Reports
§ Follow all relevant functional policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions to ensure that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
§ Assist in the preparation of timely and accurate reports and functional deliverables to meet the functional requirements in order to achieve the desired efficiency and performance excellence.
