Job Description
JOB PURPOSE
To support the effective implementation of agreements & strategic alignment activities in the Planning & Support General Department through monitoring the progress with internal departments and external stakeholders and ensure proper follow up of activities to meet the department targets.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
§ Support the Coordination with LC Development General Department regarding the evaluation of the proposals received from external entities in adding products in the mandatory list and for additional price preference and the proposals of 'localization of industry and knowledge transfer agreement'.
§ Support the Coordinate and align with the Center of Spending Efficiency and the concerned authorities to obtain the necessary approvals for the inclusion of products in the mandatory list and additional price preference and 'localization of industry and knowledge transfer agreement'.
§ Monitor and support all tasks related to the procedures of 'localization of industry and knowledge transfer agreement' until the agreement is signed, in coordination with the related departments within LCGPA.
§ Provide the needed support in department's strategic initiatives.
§ Participate in committees related to the planning of government procurement in coordination with related departments within LCGPA.
§ Support the Coordination with the related external and internal entities to ensure the inclusion of local content requirements in framework agreements.
§ Support the planning and developing a frame of work related to the mandatory list, price preference, 'localization of industry and knowledge transfer agreement' in coordination with the related departments.
