Job Description
JOB PURPOSE
To execute and optimize the end-to-end agreements & strategic alignment activities in the Planning & Support General Department through the alignment with internal departments and external stakeholders and ensure proper planning of activities to meet the LCGPA targets.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Relationship Management
§ Manage the coordination with LC Development General Department regarding the evaluation of the proposals received from external entities in adding products in the mandatory list and for additional price preference and the proposals of 'localization of industry and knowledge transfer agreement”.
§ Manage the communication and alignment with the expenditure efficiency & projects authority and the concerned authorities to obtain the necessary approvals for the inclusion of products in the mandatory list and additional price preference and 'localization of industry and knowledge transfer agreement'.
§ Manage the coordination with the related external and internal entities to ensure the inclusion of local content requirements in framework agreements.
Tender Management
§ Supervise all tasks related to the procedures of 'localization of industry and knowledge transfer agreement' until the agreement is signed, in coordination with the related departments within LCGPA.
Process Development
§ Plan and develop a frame of work related to the mandatory list, price preference, 'localization of industry and knowledge transfer agreement' in coordination with the related departments
§ Participate in department's strategic initiatives and committees related to the planning of government procurement in coordination with related departments within LCGPA.
Policies, Systems, Processes, Procedures, Standards and Reports
§ Follow all relevant functional policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions to ensure that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
§ Assist in the preparation of timely and accurate reports and functional deliverables to meet the functional requirements in order to achieve the desired efficiency and performance excellence.
