JOB PURPOSE
To assist Agreements Support team’s activities related to drafting contracts, agreements, and related legal documents of localization of industry and knowledge transfer and Economic participation agreements.
DESCRIPTION
Agreements drafting & development
§ Assist in reviewing and updating government procurement regulations related to agreements such as 'localization of industry and knowledge transfer' and 'Economic participation agreements'
§ Assist in developing RFPs, contracts and agreements to localize industry & transfer of knowledge and economic participation
§ Assist in developing government procurement procedures and regulations
§ Provide the necessary support in regards of reviewing and negations of developing government procurement procedures terms.
Policies, Systems, Processes, Procedures, Standards and Reports
§ Follow all relevant functional policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions to ensure that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
§ Assist in the preparation of timely and accurate reports and functional deliverables to meet the functional requirements in order to achieve the desired efficiency and performance excellence.
