KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
DESCRIPTION
Data Gathering
§ Support the collaborate with the Data Collation on collecting demand and supply data to ensure that the right data is being collated to support the identification and prioritization of key gaps in the Energy sector.
§ Support the data collection process through identifying and communicating gaps in the Energy supply and demand market that can be filled with Local Content to ensure that the data gathering the Energy needs are met.
Business Cases
§ Support in conducting the appropriate demand, supply and gap analysis, in coordination with other sectors,todevelop business cases for local opportunities to ensure consistency in the format and structure of business cases across categories.
§ Support in conduct and prepare feasibility studies of Local Content opportunities in Energy through conducing analyses such as (NPV, CAPEX, OPEX, scenario analysis, IRR, etc.).
§ Support in conduct desk research to support the development of business cases through providing sector specific background information and intelligence to ensure the comprehensiveness of the developed business cases.
Supply-base Analysis
§ Support in maintain and analyse supply base data as and identify mechanisms for performance enhancement and further Local Content development opportunities.
Opportunity Implementation
§ Support the implementation of Local Content opportunities through developing Local Content tools tailored to categories or particular Local Content opportunities to ensure the ease of implementation for LCGPA and its stakeholders.
Policies, Systems, Processes, Procedures, Standards and Reports
§ Follow all relevant functional policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions to ensure that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
§ Assist in the preparation of timely and accurate reports and functional deliverables to meet the functional requirements in order to achieve the desired efficiency and performance excellence.
