KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
DESCRIPTION
People Management
§ Manage the teamwork of the Business Process Management division and follow-up on the evaluation of their performance by providing feedback on an ongoing basis and seeking opportunities to develop their capabilities in order to motivate them and raise the level of performance of the work of the department.
§ Identify the training and development needs of Business Process Management division employees and fill the knowledge gaps to ensure continuous development and a high level of competence within the team
Organizational Excellence
§ Manage preparing benchmarking studies to identify organizational best practices across core and shared services to identify weaknesses, strengths and areas of improvement to their respective teams.
§ Manage the evaluation of various processes and procedures in LCGPA and make suggestions for innovative measures to improve them in order to increase their effectiveness.
§ Initiate and drive the design, development and continuous improvement of LCGPA’s processes and capabilities.
Policies, Systems, Processes, Procedures, Standards and Reports
§ Direct the development of the Business Process Management Division policies, systems, processes and procedures to ensure consistent application and ease of operations for subordinates.
§ Conduct a thorough review and analysis of reports submitted by subordinates and make timely decisions to ensure enhancing the Business Process Management Division performance, mitigating highlighted risks and achieving LCGPA’s objectives.
