To building, a culture of excellence in LCGPA by transferring knowledge and lessons learned as well as improving the efficiency and effectiveness of LCGPA’s operations, processes and practices.
§ Prepare benchmarking studies to identify organizational best practices across core and shared services to identify weaknesses, strengths and areas of improvement and transfer knowledge to their respective teams.
§ Evaluate the various processes and procedures in LCGPA and make suggestions for innovative measures to improve them in order to increase their effectiveness.
§ Initiate and drive the design, development and continuous improvement of LCGPA’s processes and capabilities.
§ Build, maintain and update the documentation and knowledge management databases consisting of all the key documentations as well as the lessons learned to transfer knowledge and promote organizational knowledge sharing.
Policies, Systems, Processes, Procedures, Standards and Reports
§ Direct the development of the Talent Services Department policies, systems, processes and procedures to ensure consistent application and ease of operations for subordinates.
§ Conduct a thorough review and analysis of reports submitted by subordinates and make timely decisions to ensure enhancing the Talent Services Department performance, mitigating highlighted risks and achieving LCGPA’s objectives.
