2. JOB PURPOSE |
To support in development of business process documentation to ensure consistent operational efficiency and effectiveness |
3. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES |
DESCRIPTION |
§ Work in defining, modeling and documenting processes, relevant policies , procedures , RACI matrix and forms within LCGPA § Contribute in continuous improvement with taking into account leading practices, improvement of business processes, cost reduction and productivity improvement § Perform compliance audit to ensure adherence to relevant policies, processes and procedures § work in maintain business process architecture, Policies, SLA/OLA , work instructions , and guidelines and standards within LCGPA § Support ongoing measuring process improvement impact, monitoring and analytics for LCGPA processes SLA/OLA § Provide support to maintain the processes and standard documents in numbering, unification and standardization § continuous development to LCGPA BPM Methodology § Provide support in automation of processes within used tools with relevant stakeholders § Prepare periodic reports on related work |
