JOB PURPOSE
To Support the integrity of legal content and contracts, managing risks, and resolving challenges to protect the Authority's interests and legal stance. Develop standardized contract templates, compile legal evidence, and ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines issued by the Authority.
DESCRIPTION
Contracts & Agreements
§ Support the integrity of legal content and managing risks associated with contract implementation, intervening to resolve challenges and issues as needed.
§ Support the studying and reviewing of contracts, agreements, and similar documents of medium and higher complexity to ensure that they are drawn in compliance with the applicable laws and regulations in force, and to assure the integrity of the contracts and agreements while protecting the Authority's interests and legal stance.
§ Support the development of standardized contract and agreement templates for consistent use across the Authority.
§ Support the development of legal guides to help assuring compliance with laws and regulations.
§ Support the reviewing and studying of guidelines issued by the Authority to ensure adherence and understanding of legal requirements.
§ Support the provision of essential contracts & agreements services, by resolving conflicts, providing legal advice -related to contracts & agreements-, and also, to interpret contracts and agreements terms and conditions.
§ Support the drafting of various types of documents within the legal context.
Policies, Systems, Processes, Procedures, Standards and Reports
§ Follow all relevant functional policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions to ensure that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
§ Support the preparation of timely and accurate reports and functional deliverables to meet the functional requirements in order to achieve the desired efficiency and performance excellence.
