Job Description
JOB PURPOSE
Leading the master data management construction, products and services categorization and standardization as well as support in data architecture design, integration and data modeling. Also maintaining supply chain dataflow, ensure compliance with security standards, develop master data and metadata by determining structural requirements and developing source to target data mapping.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Data Management
§ Support supply chain functions providing the necessary data to perform forecasting, production planning, and Purchasing
§ Perform product and services classification using standard like UNSPSC and conduct item categorization
§ Oversee design of the Enterprise Data Warehouse in line with the data architecture framework
§ Oversee the Enterprise-level data architecture standards, and align enterprise data warehouse design with the standards
§ Accountable for metadata and master data repositories from a technical perspective and its maintenance
§ Enhancing data collection procedures to include information that is relevant for building analytic systems
§ Design ETL approach for data transformation and movement
§ Ensure the best possible performance and quality in the ETL solution
§ Support in creating and managing enterprise reference data architecture
§ Cooperate with Data Governance team to provide technical guidance to adhere to data governance policy
§ Establishing master data and design of master data management processes.
§ Support in managing data quality issues and utilize data profiling and data quality tools to plan remediation
Policies, Systems, Processes, Procedures, Standards and Reports
§ Follow all relevant functional policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions to ensure that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
§ Assist in the preparation of timely and accurate reports and functional deliverables to meet the functional requirements in order to achieve the desired efficiency and performance excellence.
