Job Description

 JOB PURPOSE

To support in the design, Development, Implementation and monitoring of LCGPA’s Digital transformation and innovation initiatives and strategy to provide ensure proper governance and management of the Digital transformation and innovation process.

 DESCRIPTION

 

Digital transformation and innovation

§   Identify and assess LCGPA current state of digital readiness and identify opportunities for improvement.

§   Support in developing and implementing a digital transformation strategy that aligns with the organization's goals and objectives.

§   Collaborating with key stakeholders across LCPGA to identify opportunities for digital transformation and innovation

§   Research and evaluate technology trends to identify potential opportunities and risks for the organization.

§   Support in the development and implementation of processes for measuring the success of digital transformation initiatives.

§   Ensure that digital transformation initiatives meet regulatory and compliance requirements.

§   Develop and deliver awareness sessions to ensure that LCGPA Staff understand the impact of digital transformation initiatives.

§   Continuously monitor the organization's digital transformation strategy and recommend adjustments as needed to ensure success.

Vendor/ Service Provider Management

§   Provide support in the selection of and negotiation with new vendors, outsourcing service providers, and contractors to secure database products and services.

§   Support the communication and follow-up with service providers to ensure the provision of appropriate maintenance and support to enterprise architecture tools, fast response to calls and timely implementation of updates.

§   Provide recommendations on procurement of products and services based on the outputs of enterprise architecture practices.

Policies, Systems, Processes, Procedures, Standards and Reports

§   Follow all relevant functional policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions to ensure that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.

§   Assist in the preparation of timely and accurate reports and functional deliverables to meet the functional requirements in order to achieve the desired efficiency and performance excellence.
