To manage the Expert Support Department by supporting, advising and providing solution to entities, suppliers and other users to ensure an effective and timely resolution of issues.
§ Supervise the team work of the Expert Support Department and follow-up on the evaluation of their performance by providing feedback on an ongoing basis and seek opportunities to develop their capabilities in order to motivate them and raise the level of performance of the work of the department.
§ Identify the training and development needs of the Expert Support Department employees and fill the knowledge gaps to ensure continuous development and a high level of competence within the team.
§ Resolve issues related to the use of procurement and local content guidelines and templates by coordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure all issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.
§ Follow up on all entities’ issues/requests through reports in order to ensure they have been resolved within LCGPA standards to avoid any delay and to enhance entities’ satisfaction.
§ Ensure the effective and efficient promotion of LCGPA methodologies and tools in collaboration with policies and regulations and data analytics team in order for the authority’s methodology to be understood by all concerned stakeholders.
§ Act as an advisor by providing advice to suppliers on procurement and local content processes to ensure that all entities receive a high quality of service.
§ Review the outcomes of issue resolution and identify issue trends and recurrent / major problem areas and suggest improvements and proactive solutions for the future.

§ Conduct a thorough review and analysis reports submitted by subordinates and make timely decisions to ensure enhancing the Expert Support Department performance, mitigating highlighted risks and achieving LCGPA’s objectives.
