To manage, develop, implement, and update IT strategies, plans and governance models in order to align IT systems, applications, infrastructure, and operations to LCGPA’s business requirements.
IT Planning and Governance
§ Support in managing the development, implementation and updating of the IT strategy, plans, policies, procedures, guidelines to meet LCGPA’s overall strategic objectives, while aligning to industry best practices.
§ Support in managing the development, implementation and updating of the IT governance model, policies and procedures and oversee its enforcement across LCGPA.
§ Perform enterprise analysis exercise to identify technology strategies and solutions that may be needed to successfully execute business strategies.
§ Support in managing the design, development, and implementation of the enterprise architecture for all IT infrastructure, networks and applications to align with the business; focus on standardization and consolidation where possible, to drive efficiencies.
§ Act as a liaison between business operations and IT and ensure that data related requirements are clearly defined, prioritized, and well understood.
§ Perform application changes that may result from application incident management activities and requests, in coordination with the development teams.
§ Support in managing, developing, implementing and monitoring business continuity plans to ensure proper prevention and recovery from potential IT threats.
§ Support in managing, developing, implementing and monitoring IT change management plans and activities to ensure LCGPA’s resilience to environmental and business changes.
§ Develop the methodology of IT Governance
§ Supporting architecture governance functions
§ Continuously monitor compliance with IT policies and controls
§ Analyzing and select IT vendors & solutions
§ Measures the integration maturity model and proposes initiatives to improve the level of Organization integration maturity
Policies, Systems, Processes, Procedures, Standards and Reports
§ Follow all relevant functional policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions to ensure that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
§ Assist in the preparation of timely and accurate reports and functional deliverables to meet the functional requirements in order to achieve the desired efficiency and performance excellence.
§ Perform any other related tasks and duties as directed.
