JOB PURPOSE
To support the effective implementation and continuous improvement of Local Content measurement, auditing, and certification processes by developing methodologies, enhancing audit procedures, analyzing audit outcomes, and building auditor capabilities.
3. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
DESCRIPTION
Auditing Development
§ Support in developing and enhancing the agreed upon procedures to ensure more accurate LC score.
§ Support in defining and developing LC audit report approval process.
§ Support in reviewing and analyzing audited LC reports.
§ Assist in the evaluation of the performance of auditors through maintaining a data base of auditors’ performance on quality, pricing and delivery timeliness to ensure all LCGPA needs and requirements are achieved.
§ Building and developing a local content training program, including training materials and exams preparation, to qualify audit firms, in coordination with the Saudi Organization for Certified Public Accountants.
§ Conduct workshops in coordination with the Center of Excellence General Department, to present the local content methods and requirements to government entities and private sector.
§ Assist in reviewing and developing electronic services related to the issuance of the Local Content Certificate.

§ Follow all relevant functional policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions to ensure that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
§ Assist in the preparation of timely and accurate reports and functional deliverables to meet the functional requirements in order to achieve the desired efficiency and performance excellence.
