JOB PURPOSE
To work with external and internal stakeholders to drive continuous service improvement and ensuring contractual obligations and other service commitments / targets are achieved.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
DESCRIPTION
Agreement Monitoring Management
§ Execute and monitor Localization of Industry and Knowledge Transfer (LIKT) Agreements to ensure contractual obligations achieved.
§ Review the modification of contracts as per new requirements or terminate them as needed to ensure that all contracts are modified per requirements
§ Update of supplier assessment reports to share with LCGPA’s senior leadership and other related stakeholders on supplier capabilities and performance.
§ Coordinate with various government entities, suppliers and the private sector regarding commitment of implementing the terms of and localization of industry & knowledge transfer agreements.
Building Strategic Partnerships
§ Maintain partnerships at all levels with the suppliers to emphasize collaboration and set clear expectations, common goals, trust and transparency
Relationship Management
§ Communicate and collaborate with external suppliers to ensure all LCGPA requirements are met.
§ Develop of supplier progress reports to update LCGPA’s senior leadership and other related stakeholders on the status of supplier delivery and the impact on LCGPA’s strategic goals and objectives.
Policies, Systems, Processes, Procedures, Standards and Reports
§ Follow all relevant functional policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions to ensure that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
§ Assist in the preparation of timely and accurate reports and functional deliverables to meet the functional requirements in order to achieve the desired efficiency and performance excellence.
