JOB PURPOSE
To support in managing and leading the development and stakeholder/relationship management with State Owned Enterprises (SOEs), Public Investment Fund (PIF) portfolio of companies/entities, and Private Sector to ensure the full alignment in Local Content methodology & tools, Local Content scoring, setting Local content annual targets as well as activating local content development initiatives in coordination with LCGPA internal stakeholders and LCGPA partners. . In addition to leading and managing the Local Content Council Secretariat
DESCRIPTION
Partnerships Engagement
§ Develop and maintain relationships and partnerships with State Owned Enterprises (SOEs) and Public Investment Fund (PIF) and its portfolio of companies/entities to identify and launch Local Content opportunities and secure alignments.
Performance Monitoring
§ Conduct performance monitoring of Local Content initiatives and Local Content performance for SOEs and PIF portfolio of companies/entities to ensure that the entities meet Local Content requirements and targets.
Knowledge Transfer and Advisory
§ Support in partnering with SOEs , Public Investment Fund (PIF) and it’s portfolio of companies/entities , and Private sector on designing and setting Local Content methodology, tools, required scores to their entities to ensure reaching the impact sought by Local Content.
§ Lead the process of advising, supporting and guiding SOEs , Public Investment Fund (PIF) and it’s portfolio of companies/entities, and Private sector and disseminate best practices towards implementing Local Content requirements and liaise with new entities to implement Local Content requirements.
Local Content Council Secretariat Management
§ Support in suggesting council members and meet with potential partners to explore collaboration & eligibility of joining the council (upon approval/endorsement from the council) to ensure considerations of members who exhibit high impact on Local Content in the Kingdom.
§ Support in leading the duties of the council secretariat (e.g. sending invites for meetings, preparing agenda, taking minutes of meetings, etc.) to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of the actions and tasks.
§ Develop and update the reports of the council and the initiatives progress to be discussed in the council meetings.
§ Coordinate with council members to arrange for the contents of all council meetings and develop align on the discussion topics.

§ Follow all relevant functional policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions to ensure consistency of controlled activities.
§ Assist in the preparation of timely and accurate reports and functional deliverables to meet the functional requirements in order to achieve the desired efficiency and performance excellence.
