To assist with the development and maintenance of the HR strategies, processes and procedures, as well as manpower planning and organization structure design to optimize organizational performance.
Tracking & Measuring
§ Track and measure HR performance, departmental goals and key metrics to identify insights and provide actionable recommendations to improve effectiveness.
§ Update LCGPA’s HR operating model design, analytical HR concepts and reporting tools, such as scorecard & dashboards.
HR Strategy & Framework
§ Assist in the development and implementation of the HR strategy in alignment with LCGPA overall strategy to achieve the HR’s short, medium, and long-term objectives.
§ Design and implement HR frameworks, guidelines and operational processes, in cooperation with other HR departments, to ensure consistency in implementation.
§ Design HR policies and procedures related to recruitment, training, performance management, rewards and benefits, career development, change management, succession planning, staff retention and talent management so that the design of the frameworks is aligned with the labor law in KSA.
§ Research benchmarks in the market for an ideal organization structure in order to ensure alignment of the operating model with the overall organizational strategy.
§ Work closely with the LCGPA’s department heads to develop an annual Manpower Plan to meet LCGPA’s annual recruitment requirements and provide the needed recommendations.
§ Propose an appropriate and attractive compensation and benefits scale, as well as non-monetary retention strategy to attract and retain high caliber talents.
§ Support the development, updating and archiving of HR analytics, periodic reports and templates.
Job Evaluation & Job Design
§ Conduct a comprehensive job evaluation, job analysis exercises (meetings, surveys, questionnaires, etc.) to properly grade the jobs and properly allocate the resources in their right positions.
§ Develop a comprehensive competency framework and guarantee its proper implementation.
§ Develop job descriptions for all positions in LCGPA in coordination with department heads.
§ Assist in designing the change management system, strategies, processes, tools and communication plans to ensure employees’ engagement, foster diversity across LCGPA’s employees and assist the employees in adapting to changes in the internal or external environment.
Policies, Systems, Processes, Procedures, Standards and Reports
§ Follow all relevant functional policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions to ensure that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
§ Assist in the preparation of timely and accurate reports and functional deliverables to meet the functional requirements in order to achieve the desired efficiency and performance excellence.
§ Perform any other related tasks and duties as directed.

HR Management or any relevant major, CIPD Qualification is a plus
