2. JOB PURPOSE |
To develop, assess, and revise policies and tools to align with LCGPA objectives. Collaborate with relevant departments for local content activity policies and propose new policies for effective implementation. |
3. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES |
DESCRIPTION |
Policy Review & Analysis § Develop a framework and methodology for continuous review of policies and tools, such as the price preference mechanism and mandatory list, to align with LCGPA objectives. § Assess the impact of these policies and tools on target segments (public, private sectors, and individuals) and suggest necessary adjustments. § Collaborate with relevant departments to review and amend policies and tools pertaining to local activities. § study and propose new policies and tools to support LCGPA operations. § design and implement methods for effectively activating and implementing these policies and tools. |
Policies, Systems, Processes, Procedures, Standards and Reports § Follow all relevant functional policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions to ensure that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner. § prepare timely and accurate reports and functional deliverables to meet the functional requirements in order to achieve the desired efficiency and performance excellence. |
