JOB PURPOSE
To develop LCGPA’s frameworks and methodologies for reviewing policies and tools relevant to the LCGPA’s activities.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
DESCRIPTION
Policies Review and Analysis
§ Develop frameworks and methodologies for reviewing policies and tools, including pricing preference mechanisms, mandatory lists, incentives, and other relevant policies and tools, to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
§ Evaluate the impact of policies and tools related to the organization's activities on target segments (public sector, private sector, individuals), including pricing preference mechanisms, mandatory lists, incentives, and other policies and tools.
§ Review and propose amendments to policies and tools, including pricing preference mechanisms, mandatory lists, incentives, and other relevant policies and tools related to the organization's activities, in coordination with relevant administrative units.
§ Study and propose the introduction of new policies and tools related to the organization's activities based on emerging needs and industry trends.
§ Propose and develop methods and approaches for implementing and activating policies and tools related to the organization's activities effectively.
Policies, Systems, Processes, Procedures, Standards and Reports
§ Follow all relevant functional policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions to ensure that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
§ Assist in the preparation of timely and accurate reports and functional deliverables to meet the functional requirements in order to achieve the desired efficiency and performance excellence.
