To manage ad-hoc tasks and assignments and lead the execution of special projects as mandated by CEO and provide operational support and knowledge to ensure meeting project objectives within the assigned time and cost constraints.
Special Government Projects
§ Receive and manage assignments and allocate relevant tasks to responsible teams in a timely manner.
§ Manage the development and analysis of ad-hoc and special research studies in coordination with relevant stakeholders to ensure the accuracy and integrity of information and present recommendations.
Senior Management Projects
§ Support and deliver on strategic ad-hoc requests from senior leadership, including reporting and communication documents, presentations, and workshops to ensure that other departments maintain focus on core operations.
§ Monitor the ongoing operations of high priority projects by ensuring reporting, analysis and identifying deviations from project plans in order to take the necessary corrective actions to get the projects back on track.
§ Oversee the management of the special projects from initiation through implementation ensuring work plans, and budgets are on track.
§ Review the reports on the project's team performance to ensure all set milestones in the annual work plan are met.
§ Review the set mitigation plans to reduce risks and take corrective actions to avoid any possible deviation from work plan.
§ Review the reports related to project status, requirements, changes, risks, and issues and oversee required communication to relevant stakeholders.
§ Develop appropriate project management methodology and tools required to ensure effective implementation of the project
Policies, Systems, Processes, Procedures, Standards and Reports
§ Follow all relevant functional policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions to ensure that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
§ Assist in the preparation of timely and accurate reports and functional deliverables to meet the functional requirements in order to achieve the desired efficiency and performance excellence.
§ Perform any other related tasks and duties as directed.
