To manage the development of Supplier Relationships Management General Department strategy and plan through working with suppliers and internal stakeholders to drive continuous service improvement and ensuring contractual obligations and other service commitments / targets are achieved.
§ Oversee the formulation activities for supplier relationships and contractual aspects for offset and offtake agreements in alignment with the Legal Affairs General Department to ensure consistency with relevant laws, regulations and policies.
§ Oversee the communication and collaboration with external suppliers to ensure all LCGPA requirements are met.
§ Develop and maintain partnerships at all levels with the suppliers to emphasize collaboration and set clear expectations, common goals, trust and transparency
§ Oversee the modification of contracts as per new requirements or terminate them as needed to ensure that all contracts are modified per requirements
§ Oversee accurate development of supplier progress reports to update LCGPA’s senior leadership and other related stakeholders on the status of supplier delivery and the impact on LCGPA’s strategic goals and objectives.
§ Oversee accurate development and update of supplier assessment reports to share with LCGPA’s senior leadership and other related stakeholders on supplier capabilities and performance.
