To assist in the recruitment process activities through using multiple sourcing techniques and assessment and selection methodologies to ensure the screening, selection and hiring of suitable candidates for the right position.
§ Maintain and update the candidates’ database (employment agencies, head hunters, recruiters, media, and internet sites).
§ Update the manpower plan indicating the critical hires as per the guidance of the seniors and priorities hiring for each quarter accordingly
§ Meet with function heads to understand role requirements to help source better profiles.
§ Assist in preparing the necessary documentation to advertise the position internally (internal database, announcement boards, etc.) and externally (advertisement agencies, headhunters, search engines, LinkedIn and social channels) to source candidates.
§ Employ a variety of sourcing techniques and follow up on various recruitment channels (website, search and recruitment firms, social networks, etc.).
§ Attend job fairs and career events to attract high caliber candidates to identify and make a list of probable candidates for LCGPA.
§ Conduct the pre-screening and filtering of the applicant pools who meet the minimum job qualifications as well as and conduct background checks, as required for potential new hires
§ Prepare for the screening interviews (i.e. face to face, skype, telephone) according to established guidelines for different position categories and prepare a shortlist for the hiring managers.
§ Arrange the necessary logistics for external candidates in coordination with the Administrative Support department.
§ Make the initial hiring calls to the probable candidates and contact the screened candidates and coordinate the interviews’ schedules, location, participants, logistics, etc.
§ Support in conducting behavioral interviews with short-listed candidates when needed.
§ Coordinate with candidates to gather documents and records such as pay slips, experience certificates, clearances, education qualifications etc. prior to rolling out offer to potential hires and prepare reports of the panels final selection and proceed with the hiring process.
§ Follow up with the candidates to sign the job confirmation letter and the job offers.
§ Present the necessary on-boarding documents to the new employee and assist with the required documentation.
§ Provide support and assistance to new-comers including arrangement with relevant stakeholders on the first day to ensure proper reception.
§ Support in ensuring all recruitment requirements are complete.

§ Follow all relevant functional policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions to ensure that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
§ Assist in the preparation of timely and accurate reports and functional deliverables to meet the functional requirements in order to achieve the desired efficiency and performance excellence.
§ Perform any other related tasks and duties as directed.
