To implement talent development programs and assist in facilitating learning and development activities in order to address performance gaps and advance talents in LCGPA.
Performance Management System
§ Ensure performance management activities are conducted in a timely manner.
§ Provide support and assistance to managers and employees on objectives setting, performance evaluation process, IDP development, templates, timelines, etc. when needed.
§ Track and monitor LCGPA staff performance and support in identifying top performers and high potential employees.
§ Review promotion requests and support in ensuring all promotions are within guidelines and meeting the defined criteria
§ Review the Career Paths Framework and support in updating it when needed.
Service Providers Relations
§ Contact training centers to obtain quotes for trainings and generate best training offers and services.
§ Follow up with the training providers and maintain a database of the trainers, training centers and service providers.
§ Evaluate instructor performance and the effectiveness of training programs, providing recommendations for improvement (i.e. evaluate program effectiveness, evaluate training programs, instructors, or materials).
§ Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and liaise with business areas to review existing course curriculums and/ or develop training content.
§ Conduct Learning Needs Analysis (LNA) and liaise with business areas to review existing learning methodologies such as OJT, Action Learning Assignments, and Group projects etc.
§ Develop and prepare course content and support materials as required.
§ Train instructors and supervisors on techniques and skills for training and dealing with employees.
§ Coordinate the execution of staff training needs assessments and leadership assessments.
§ Develop a training courses database to serve as a reference and to be up-to-date on all training offerings, training methods, tools and techniques in order to measure and track the effectiveness of training activities.
§ Develop framework and processes to measure the effectiveness of training programs as well as performance of trainers/vendors etc.
§ Organize and coordinate training logistics (i.e. venue, material, travel and accommodation of external trainers when required, etc.).
§ Follow up on timely participant registration and course confirmation with training vendors.
§ Organize and coordinate logistics requirements for each training venue, arrange printing and delivery of collateral and book travel and accommodation of external trainers when required.
Talent Development and On-boarding Programs
§ Assist in the planning, development and implementation of different development programs.
§ Provide support to the Talent Acquisition Department in the planning, design, development and delivery of new employees on-boarding training to support the effective and efficient induction of new members.
Policies, Systems, Processes, Procedures, Standards and Reports
§ Follow all relevant functional policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions to ensure that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
§ Assist in the preparation of timely and accurate reports and functional deliverables to meet the functional requirements in order to achieve the desired efficiency and performance excellence.
