To support in the identification of training needs, development of training curricula and effective delivery of trainings to entities, suppliers and auditors in order to close knowledge gaps and contribute to the achievement of LCGPA’s strategic objectives.
Training Requirements Analysis
§ Gather training requirements for external entities based on output of annual Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and periodic discussions with the relevant departments to ensure that training programs cover required needs.
Curriculum Design and Delivery
§ Coordinate with the Entities Enablement team and concerned departments to develop training modules and training templates, including e-training, in the standard templates available or in new templates; coordinate with external vendors to ensure expectations are met.
§ Design and develop course objectives, content, materials and lesson plans, including specific requirements for all trainings either internally or through external training providers to ensure timely delivery of the same.
§ Research and recommend external training providers by evaluating the service offerings and the benefit to LCGPA; negotiate and finalize contracts and then transfer to the Market Training team for contract execution.
§ Deliver training programs to the nominated entities, suppliers and auditors as per the course curriculum, budget, timelines, available infrastructure, material, etc. to enhance the learning experience as well as contribute to achieving LCGPA’s strategic objectives.
§ Conduct training workshops with nominated representatives, suppliers and auditors to address their concerns and to answer their questions.
§ Support in defining various training evaluation mechanisms and validate the same with top management for measuring the effectiveness of training programs.
§ Coordinate with Market Training team to consolidate feedback from entities, suppliers, auditors and trainer review to evaluate the effectiveness of the training delivered and to ensure further improvement.

§ Follow all relevant functional policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions to ensure that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
§ Assist in the preparation of timely and accurate reports and functional deliverables to meet the functional requirements in order to achieve the desired efficiency and performance excellence.

Commerce or any relevant major, certifications / post-graduate education can be an advantage
