To provide user advisory and support to entities on Government Procurement/ Local Content process and ensure Local Content methods and tools are properly used.
3. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
§ Analyze the capabilities needed and assess government entities to identify gaps between current and required skills and work to fill them through the preparation of training and development programs necessary.
§ Assist in proposing a training plan for entities, suppliers and auditors to support in the external training planning.
§ Provide support in designing and developing course objectives, material/ content, and lesson plans including specific requirements for all trainings either internally or through external training providers to ensure timely delivery of the same.
§ Support in defining various training evaluation mechanisms and validate the same with top management for measuring the effectiveness of training programs.
§ Provide support services to entities on Government Procurement/ Local Content processes (e.g., applying LC mechanisms and tools, calculating LC score, identifying potential suppliers, selecting sourcing approach).
§ Provide advisory services to suppliers on the Government Procurement/ Local Content processes (e.g., meeting LC requirements, calculating LC score, setting up LC plan).
§ Promote LC methodology and tools in collaboration with LC strategic partnership and data analytics teams.
§ Coordinate with Entities Enablement and concerned departments to develop training modules and training templates including e-training in the standard templates available or new templates by coordinating with external vendors to ensure expectations are met.

§ Follow all relevant functional policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions to ensure that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
§ Assist in the preparation of timely and accurate reports and functional deliverables to meet the functional requirements in order to achieve the desired efficiency and performance excellence.
