To support the VP by providing professional administrative and clerical services efficiently and within a timely manner.
§ Provide clerical services by receiving, replying or transferring in-coming phone calls, faxes, correspondences, emails and mail effectively and efficiently.
§ Record accurate minutes of meetings and handling sensitive information in a timely and confidential manner
§ Maintain proper and accurate documentation through developing and maintaining filing system to ensure providing precise information and reports
Business Meetings/ Events Arrangement
§ Organize and schedule appointments and meetings to maintain organized daily work flow and avoid any delay
§ Greet and assist visitors to the office respectfully and politely to maintain a proper image of LCGPA
§ Assist in business travel arrangements such as ticket reservation, transportations, hotels and other travel arrangement requirements in a timely manner and efficiently.
§ Prepare, control and document all the expenditures of the VP in accordance with the approved budget accurately and properly
Policies, Systems, Processes, Procedures, Standards and Reports
§ Follow all relevant functional policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions to ensure that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
§ Assist in the preparation of timely and accurate reports & presentation and functional deliverables to meet the functional requirements in order to achieve the desired efficiency and performance excellence.
§ Perform any other related tasks and duties as directed.
